Wheel Grits Metal Bond Diamond
HARIS DIVISION offers different types of diamond products of Metal Bond type with a wide range of usage and optimal performance in each particular application.
MBH 300 - angular shaped diamond, with quick regeneration of sharp edges. MBH 300 is used in manufacturing of resin, metal and vitreous bond tools. This product is successfully used in processing glass, ruby, ceramic and other brittle materials. This diamond powder with nickel alloy coating of 56% by total weight is used in processing materials containing 20-30% of steel, as well as for the rough honing of cast iron.
MBH 400 - has more regular shape and its toughness is higher, than that of MBH 300. These crystals allow good bond retention with self-sharpening characteristics. Used in metal, vitreous and electroplated bond systems, as well as in a wide range of glass, quartz, corundum and ceramic applications.
MBH 630 - are the crystals, mostly of regular shape, semi-blocky with good toughness. The application of this type is similar as that of MBH 400. MBH 630 is suitable for manufacturing electroplated tools. At metal bond systems this type is used for grinding and cut-off wheels for crystal and glass, processing soft stone.
MBH 700 - mainly cubo-octahedral crystals with good impact and fracture strength. It is a high performance metal bond abrasive, with properties enhancing tool life. MBH 700 is used for manufacturing metal bond tools for processing natural stone, ferrite, as well as in wide range of machining applications in the glass and ceramics industries.
MBH 750 - this predominantly blocky diamond powder for metal and electroplated tools is suitable for cutting and grinding stone and in a wide range of processing of various non-metallic materials.
MBH 780 - these crystals have mainly regular cubo-octahedral shape. High toughness of these diamonds make them suitable for using in metal bond tools, grinding, cutting and drilling different manmade and natural materials. It is excellently works in difficult conditions of grinding, under higher force of treatment.
